No, unfortunately. The playlist is purely for previewing with no export functionality. It allows you to edit something together non-destructively.
I would use the playlist as a guide, open a new file, and in the order of your playlist select and past cue markers from your original file to build your new file. Cumbersome, but still probably faster than any implementation in multitrack mode.

Start an empty project, go to Import > Premiere Pro Project and try to load your original file. This works surprisingly well.

No. DCP creation is a very involved process and if you don’t have the ability to test DCP you’ve created before distribution then I strongly suggest you have a mastering house perform the conversion.

Please be aware that you have to split any stereo content to at least LRC(left front, right front, center) mix. If you already have a 5.1 or 7.1 mix, you should be fine. DCP does not support mono or stereo sources.
Premiere and After Effects can both export TIFF. If I recall correctly, OpenDCP should do the color conversion to XYZ color space.

You should have a media start column in your bin. You could sort by starting timecode unless there was some issue with that throughout the day.
Edit: wait, you’re in full thumbnail view? Errrrr… you might not be able to do anything beyond alphabetical that’s grouped by type like video, audio, sequence.

The thing that slows Bridge down is thumbnail generation.
1) Use the 64-bit version and go to Edit > Preferences > Thumbnails and set “Do not process files larger than” and enter 0.
2) Love life again.

Some implementations of H.264 on cell phones and other similar devices are variable framerate which Premiere doesn’t deal with properly (Premiere is designed for time precision). Most editors don’t deal with it properly.
Best thing to do is to time stretch your video to make sure the end is in sync, put a keyframe at the 1/2 way point and adjust, then start check the 1/4 points, the 1/8th points in til the entire video is in sync to a satisfactory amount.

Well it sounds like the OP remuxed a copy of his footage replacing 2 channel audio with 4 channel.
Now if both copies had been 2 channel audio you’d be sitting pretty. You can force relink an entire project just by renaming the folder the footage is in and use that opportunity to relink it to the new group of source clips.
Since you’ve introduced more audio tracks, you’ve caused a problem. Once a file is in the timeline, it’s semi-independent of the instance that is in the bin. What I mean by that is if you drop just video into the timeline, there is no mechanism to force Premiere to refresh it to the point where the audio appears.
For now, unfortunately, it looks like you may be stuck with match frame and replace.
Beyond that, if you’re computer savvy, there may be a way to manipulate an exported EDL to include all four tracks and then bring that into Premiere. It would take some intense text editing…. but it might be the way to go.

Lightworks will probably have enough text control for you to do what you need. If you find free stock footage of smoke then you can tint it without the need to generate it from scratch using After Effects.
Lightworks is free, and very in depth, but will limit some of your import/export settings.
