Effects Question
Hello,
I’m a newbie and looking for a way to essentially edit out the background of a clip. This may be difficult as I need to film a bus passing and remove EVERYTHING besides the video. I won’t be able to place a green screen behind it, so is there a way to take out the background in Premiere Pro? Should I look to a different program?

Look into After Effects, you will need to learn rudimentary rotoscoping.
