What may be changing are the actual pixel dimensions. I would investigate your workflow from that angle.

After Effects. Premiere is not suited for any kind of motion graphics work and any attempt would lead to some very cumbersome workaround.

Sync sound in sequence and create a merged clip. Do this at the start of your project.
You can sync sound in REDCINE X but you must use exported files, as Premiere does not respect the super fragile link to audio that REDCINE will create.

Try the demo of Prodad Mercalli Pro 2 on a few shots and see if it’s worth the purchase. I find it a suitable alternative to the warp stabilizer and it’s usually much faster.

https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo open your new file in here, switch to “text” view and paste the results.
I would assume you’re encoding, or attempting to, such a high bitrate for a reason as to not start a debate. 300mbps is the maximum bitrate for the h.264 standard and, if my math is correct, the reason you received the 15gig file.

September 26, 2013 at 11:54 pm in reply to: Quadro k4000 not accelerating H.264 encodingAs Ivan mentioned, the actual compression process is not accelerated by Premiere/AME. If you purchase Sorrenson Squeeze which talks to Adobe Media Encoder and will pass over video frames, they do have the MainConcepts CUDA accelerated h.264 codec. It should be noted that an apples-to-apples comparison will favor the quality of the software render vs the CUDA render.

https://shopmatrox.com/usa/products/datasheet.asp?ID=918 3port displayport card – just use dongles to DVI/HDMI. Probably the most flexible choice. Matrox specialized in cards that simply handle multiple displays so browse their other offerings too.

Depending on your system, it’s a debatable decision. While exporting 4K saves processor power by not resizing, it utilizes disk throughput and needs to write far more info.
The 1080P version would use less disk throughput and storage, but need processing for resizing.
Also, why use a 1080 timeline? Unless you’re reframing shots, just set your final size in output.
