    how are you rendering out?

dont render out to ntsc, render out an animation, if you don’t it looks extra interlaced sometimes in fcp

depending on if the wall is moving or not, you can use photoshop fiters to give it the plaster wall look

if your moving around your camera that idea is s.o.l.

ok, well first when i started this time (mind you this is ALL in the start dialogue befor fcp is fully open, you know the little like 50% windo that says finalcut, the version owner, and what loading, one of the thing that loads up is “advanced lighting” this does not run, i have no idea what it does, but it’s among other loading things like rt extreme etc, when it pops up with the ok/cancle prompt box, i found if you click cancle it continues to the program, advanced lighting isn’t a preferance or anyting, so i don’t exactly get what finalcut restore is for.

but essentially it doesn’t do anything to help/harm me sofor this situation it’s usless, thoug id like to know really what it does…i gather if fcp is crashing or whatever, it saves all your prefs? and you can then do what with that..im sorry for the ignorance.

so any intel on advanced lighting and what it is id apreciate, thanks
