filmed video looking like animated cartoons
Hi
I’m looking for a plug in that changes filmed video onto cartoons like video.
I have used a long time ago a plugin that was a part of gallery effects (I don’t remember the exact name) that did this trick.

Digital Anarchy was working on a tune plugin, but for some reason they abandoned it. You might look at Studio Artist at synthetik.com.
