COW Tutorials: After Effects Fixing Scaling Issues – Part One

silly after effects, this actually solved a recent problem that i had, thanks!

i got a kinda non related question whats with the delay,out of curiostiy, between the “release” if you will here, and the podcast, i got overly excited

i love the tutorial don’t get me wrong, just wondring what goes on in the tutorial processing center.

In order to promote subscriptions to our AE podcast, Aharon asked that the video sized tutorials be delayed by a week. He often renders the sizes at different times and often the larger size is rendered later. If you watch both, you’ll notice in the podcast that Aharon takes special care to make sure that the screen is zoomed in so you can actually see what check box he’s referring to.

Aharon also makes the graphics that go with the article, so that sometimes takes longer as well.

But thanks for loving the tutorials. We love to hear comments like that.

oh i do, i work on a laptop or a machine that isn’t mine, so i take my ipod all over and use it as a “third monitor” with the podcast running so i can fallow along if i have questions, save space and running memory

as yet another side note, i believe the 2nd part of aharons toonpodcast is flawed, run it throough, but ive re downloaded it on itunes and it doesnt; work, it cuts out roughly half way through, a more exact time can be found, but it’s right after he gets done with the scripts, the rest no longer works.

I wouldn’t like to repeat myself but that tutorial was simply amazing and very useful because I had a few problems like this before and I’m so glad that someone explained why this happens all the time and how to correct the prob’.

It works fine for me.

You may need to delete from your iTunes and download it a second time.
