    Hi Back,

I do not think you did anything wrong, it is just that some footage does this when a optical flow is applied. You just have to tweak settings to try to get that corrected. Best of luck…

You can export it to Animation Codec, this means that video you are exporting will be lossless quality, then in Soundtrack Pro you can add your sound and export it with compressor again without compressing your video. There is an option to just add sound to your video. Then in DVD studio pro you can set bit rate to what ever you want to render your final DVD. Look this is how I would do it, there are other work-flows but I prefer to use this one. Bear in mind if your video is long bringing it with animation codec to Soundtrack Pro will slow down your plyback speed. You can export to 90min best video, this however does not give you always best quality to my experience. Try getting a bitrate calculator if you want to export it via this option.

This was done by Andrew Kramer, see https://www.videocopilot.net, or search andrew kramer. Also he has a product called Evolution that has all those lovely flourishes rendered as movies. Good product that you can use in apple motion and after effects. if you want to make something like this I have a tutorial see this link: https://embryo.me.uk/wp/2008/03/17/video-tutorial-embryo-lines_part-2/ watch it around 28 min and forward.

Yeas of course it will. If you need something else like a cutout of a mountain prepare this in photoshop and save it with alpha (if needed) in .psd format.

    I hope this helps….

I agree with Stephen. sometimes you just do not know what is the best, maybe a combination of two different blurs will accomplish your task, I would try all blurs and if you do not have a desired outcome I would then use Gaussian and some other like directional to get what I need. It all depends on the footage, you really have to see what looks right to you. I hope this helps…

    Hi There,

You need Motype by Yanobox. It is a great text Generator for Apple Motion. I think it already have a preset that would do what you want. Go to Noise Indutries FX website and download it there.

    Best of Luck

I am glad you have managed to fix your problem. psd is always better than tiff in Apple Motion.
    Best of Luck…

It is always best to save your file in .pds as this can contain alpha and layers. Basically Tiff is not the best file format for Motion.

Please make sure your colour mode is RGB not CMYK.

Give it a go and let me know has this fixed your problem.
