delete the preferences of motion and zap your parameter PRAM on your computer. Also try fixing your permissions on your mac.

see this article to find the file you need to delete on your system.

When in Photoshop go to channels where you will see that you have additional channel called Alpha 1. Hold the Command key and click on the thumbnail of that channel, that will load this channel as a selection. Then go back to your layers pallet and invert the selection (Shift + command + Letter I) and delete black. I Hope this helps….

  • I hope you guys don’t mind if I add that to change the Anchor point you can select the object in the canvas and then press right click with your mouse and select Anchor Point option.

    Hi There,

have you tried fixing your permissions with Disk Utility (fix it twice please once after another). Then restart your computer and re-set parameter P RAM holding CMD +ALT + Letter P+ Letter R on the restart of the computer, let it chime three times please. Then delete the preferences of motion and try rendering again. Also you can try to render your movie as Animation Codec.

    Best of luck.

There are plenty of plugins for Apple Motion. Do you have any specific filter in mind.

Yeas yo can have two in the same project. All you have to do is when you open your lower third press F5 open layer pane and copy the group in which the template resides then and paste it into the project you want. It is like moving a group from Photoshop from one canvas to another. Best of Luck…
