FCP does not have an archive to tape function. There aren’t any plug-ins for FCP that do this, either.

I have never heard of any way to convert Real files into anything usable (other than just watching online) save for using something like Snapz Pro X to take a screenshot of your screen.
Real isn’t designed for what you’re trying to do, in fact they probably don’t want you doing it.

DV25P isn’t supported in 1.0, I believe support was added in 3.0.

I would have suggested something very much like that. I have 6.5 here, maybe that improved the timecode plug-in since the version you have.
