    Hi Timofey,

Could you send logs (captured when you select a clip with such an issue) as well as a project export to davincihelp?

    Regards,
    Vivek

    Hi Eric,

A fix will be available in the next update. In the meanwhile, there is a simpler work around to avoid this issue.

Simply switch to SOLO grading mode (by unchecking the ‘Link’ icon on the Stereo 3D tab), make any changes that you need to make in the camera RAW settings, and then switch back to GANG grading mode.

  • Hi Arjun,

Do you have any timeline filters enabled? Setting the filter to show all clips should then allow you to render single clip.

  • Hi Nick,

I think an auto-save works just like a save in this case. If the project is auto-saved before the crash, the stills will appear under the auto-saved project rather than the orphan stills section. So if you have auto-save to backup project enabled, the stills might show up within the auto-saved project.

  • Hi Nick,

Only the unsaved stills at the time of the crash would show up in the Orphan stills area. If you had saved the project before that, the saved stills would be in your project stills already.

Did the crash happen while grabbing stills?

    Hi Nick,

Is this 48KHz audio? What is your video frame rate set to?

    Hi Umut,

Go to /Library/Application Support/Blackmagic Design/DaVinci Resolve/ and double click the “Capture Logs” application. This will create a log file on your Desktop. Please email that to davincihelp at blackmagic-design.com

Please capture logs whenever you see the problem, and do it before you restart the Resolve application.

    Hi Umut/CJ,

Could you grab logs when you see this behavior and send it to us?

    Hi Umut,

By default, there is no color correction node in track mode. You need to add a serial node before you try to do the qualification. Could you check if it works then?
