qualifier sliders in track mode don’t work
Posted by Umut Ergin on November 16, 2011 at 4:34 pmHi,
upgraded to 8.1.1 today, I realized that when I try to do a qualification in track mode, all the sliders don’t work, am I doing something wrong or is it a bug? Thanks

By default, there is no color correction node in track mode. You need to add a serial node before you try to do the qualification. Could you check if it works then?

November 17, 2011 at 9:43 amthanks for your help, but I do the things as usual.
The problem is that I work regularly for long projects (about 2000 plans each) for the television. After a mean time the sliders in track mode, also all the sliders in clip mode (I realized after sending my mail) don’t work: and if I reboot the system: it works again: there isn’t a regularity for the issue. it happens when it wants.
I realized that also auto color button, not at the same time of the other sliders, doesn’t work all the time. I mean it doesn’t work although I reboot itHave you got an idea?
Thanks

November 17, 2011 at 12:01 pmI too have seen this behavior. I noticed that I cannot drag the controls at all. Note that a mouse with a scroll wheel did continue to move the slider but. It a drag operation.
At least that is what I find. Seems go happen randomly. Also like the poster above the autocolor randomly does nothing.

November 18, 2011 at 9:32 amHi Umut,
Go to /Library/Application Support/Blackmagic Design/DaVinci Resolve/ and double click the “Capture Logs” application. This will create a log file on your Desktop. Please email that to davincihelp at blackmagic-design.com
Please capture logs whenever you see the problem, and do it before you restart the Resolve application.
