I need a string of light that will fly through a scene and look like the camera is following it.You can use Trapcode Particular to create Light Streaks.
See the Tutorial:
https://library.creativecow.net/articles/kramer_andrew/nano.phpThere are two parts, Make sure you watch both of them.
look like the camera is following it.You can attach the Emitter Position to a Null Object and then Parent the Camera to the Null.
You can also pick-whip the Point of Interest of Camera to Emitters Position.
Parent Particular Emitter to a Null Object
If you face any problem, get back and we will try to help you.

It seems to be the Natural Motion Blur of Camera due to the fast movement of subject and Slow Shutter Speed.

It depends on the Resolution of Images that you will download. Images should be of High Resolution.
What kind of zooming effect you want to create? Similar to Google Earth?
Check this tutorial:

I agree with Todd. Cross check the Camera you are working with before rendering.

I know you need more info but this is all I have.I concur with you on this point. According to the Info we have:
1. You have to Track the Book with Text on it. As Chris has said.
Use Mocha AE for this step. It will be an easy task if you go for tracking using Mocha as it will give you a good track.
Start from Here.
2. As far morphing of type is concerned, You may like to use Write-On Effect or Stroke Effect to create the hand drawn type of animation.
Check this:
Morphing between the Type and logo will depend on experiment. Can’t say something for that right now.

Check this tutorial :
https://tv.adobe.com/watch/learn-after-effects-cs6/exporting-with-the-adobe-media-encoder/
Also if you are going to encode or export to .h264, Always go for Media Encoder rather than doing it from AE. It gives you much better quality. Generally I for Web, there are YouTube and Vimeo Presets that do the trick without much manipulation in settings.

Create solid
Make 3D
Rotate on Y-axis any amount
switch to world axis mode
switch back to local
try to move only on the z axisEven if you don’t switch the axis, You will get the same behavior.
Reason:
The moment you Rotate a 3D Object on any axis, Its Orientation starts intersecting the default X,Y and Z axis of AE Coordinate System. Thus when you move an object in Z-space after rotating it in Y-axis, you will notice that X coordinates are changing too as now the Orientation of Object is such that It is moving in both direction according to Default AE Coordinate System.
For Example:
Create a Solid, Make it 3D and rotate on X-axis.
Now move it in Z space and you will notice that Y coordinates are changing too.
This happens when you are moving the object in Composition using Axis handles.
If you want to move an object in just one coordinate, Change the Value in Transform Parameter.
Hope this may help.
And Its not a BUG.
