Here is the second part:
https://www.videocopilot.net/tutorials/light_streaks_2/
By parenting I meant using pick-whip to link emitter position to that of null using expression.
Alt/Optn + Click on emitter position XY and use pick-whip to link it to the position XY(just release the pick whip on position parameter) of Null object. Then do the same for position Z. Using pick-whip attach position Z of emitter to position Z of Null(This time you have to release pick whip on Z coordinate of Null only and not to the position parameter).
Hope this may help.

Check this tutorial on How to control wiggle expression:
https://allbetsareoff.com/tutorials/keep-your-wiggle-under-control/
It will help you to experiment with amplitude and frequency if wiggle without entering the values again and again.

It seems that the Separate Field is not set to Off in interpret Footage setting. Select the footage in project panel, right click and choose Interpret Footage>Main. Set Separate Fields to Off. Monitors are for viewing interlaced footage. If you are going to broadcast the video than you output is fine.

As Joseph said, Linking Particular to Newton is an option. Though you have to go through a lot of experiments as it is totally Physics based system and you should have a little bit knowledge of terms used in it.
Check the tutorial:
Also make sure that you are comfortable with it and its interface.
Try the Trail Version first. It is Fully Functional:

AFAIK there is no option to Render the Tracking Data with the Video directly from Mocha. You can only export Tracking data Shape Data.
It’s just that no matter how I export the tracking data and bring that into AE, the tracking in AE gets all messed up.How are you exporting the Tracking Data to AE? May be you are missing some steps or doing it in a wrong way.
