Hope
Parenting is what you need for this.
Steps:
1. Place all the Flowers on a circular path where you want them.
2. Using Pan Behind Tool(Press Y) move the anchor point at the center of the circle.
3. Create a Null Object at the center of the Circle.
4. Parent all the six flowers to the Null Object.
5. Rotate the null object only.Check the example file:

This is called Holomatrix Effect and is very simple to create.
There is a 3rd-Party Plugin Red Giant’s Holamatrix that will create the similar look within few clicks.
For giving the projecting feel, You can use Fractal Noise with Evolution animation.

Export a Tiff Sequence or a Lossless File and then export SWF file.
By Lossless file a meant to say Lossless Video File.

Exporting SWF with certain file extensions and Key Frames animation.
Alternative:
Export a Tiff Sequence or a Lossless File and then export SWF file.

You can create almost everything right in AE as Ted has said.
It is a Combination of 3D layers, Camera Movement, Track Mattes, Depth of Field, CC Sphere(You can use it to fake the 3D Ball Effect and it works pretty fine) and for 3D text you can use plugins like Element 3D. There is a script also to mimic 3D text by bundling 3D layers though it makes composition heavy but you can use it if you don’t want to spend money for plugins.
