We have parented the title we want to over impose to a null object. We have then parented the position of the null object with the feature center of the track point.
It seems that you have missed some points in Motion Tracking.
In case you want to stay with AE in-built Motion Tracker.
Adjust the position and rotation of painting layer the way you want it.
After the tracking process, you just have to Apply the tracking data to a Null object and then Parent your Painting layer to the Null object.
Though I would like you to follow what Tom has suggested i.e. using Mocha for the tracking process.

In Adobe Media Encoder there are several presets which you can use to deliver your output for websites like YouTube and Vimeo.
This will reduce the file size and retain the quality too.

While Importing Illustrator File, Import it as a Footage with Merged Layers option selected.
For animation:
1. Select your layer in Timeline.
2. Double click in Ellipse tool. This will create an Elliptical shape mask.
3. Give it a desired Feather Value say 50.
4. Now animate the Mask Expansion parameter.Vishesh Arora

The Reference that you have showed is itself made using scribble effect.
What kind of effect you are looking for?? Do have any other reference?

In the first video, Text animation is done using Masks, Liquify and many more in-built AE effects. To Give the dynamic look, Turbulent Displacement is used with a loop in Evolution parameter.
Most of the Text integrated into the scene using 3D Camera Tracker(If you have AE CS6, 3D Camera Tracker will do it in just two clicks).

I had the same problem. Though I tried creating the same effect on a PC with 16 GB which solved the issue. Mine was 8 GB. Don’t know what exactly the problem is but if you can access 16 GB of RAM, then give it a try.
Also If are okay with sharing your file, give me your file and I will try it out in my 16 GB to check whether it is because of RAM or is it a bug.
May be if you upgrade the plugin, it may work properly.

I duplicated the layer, Removed Echo effect so that it will just have the Star shape and then applied CC Vector Blur on Echo layer.
Using several effects like Displacement Map Different Blur effects, you can create the same effect.
Though I would suggest you to use Particular as the trails are too long and particular would do it easily.

Particles are 3D in nature. You don’t have to Enable the 3D switch for particle layer.
If you go to Producer attribute in Effects panel, you will notice that their are parameters for X, Y and Z radius. This means particle effect is interacting in 3d Space.
