    Hello,

I have a question regarding transitions in Premier Pro and After Effects.
I edit and add transtions in PPRO and then bring the entire sequence to After effcts for adding some effects/noise reduction(Neat Video).
When I import PPRO sequence into AE thru dynamic licnk I am loosing all my transitions. I see a black box betweek each clip in After effects.

Do we have any work around or any workflow ideas so that transtions remain intact when we import PPRO sequence to AE?

Generally I deliver my content to DVD’s. So from AE I will at the entire comp to Encore and build a DVD.

    Thanks
    Vinod

Neat Video is available for Premiere Pro, so it may not be necessary to bounce every shot to Ae for noise reduction.

If you can describe your Ae workflow in a little more detail, we may be able to offer some other advice.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the suggestions..
    My work flow in AE:
Leaving apart transitions. I will be adding some effects to the videos. I have recently purchased Trapcode Particular. So trying to use it over few videos (various flower showers). Basically videos are small family events.

My initial thought was that everything will come as it is to AE from PPRO and then we can add effects and do a complete export from AE itself.

One more question. The colour corrections we do in PPRO ( Fast colour correction/3 way colour correction/Video effects) will they remain intact when we import the PPRO sequence to AE? Leaving transitions.
Should I have to take any care even for these?

    Regards
    Vinod
