Is there any way to combine the duplicated layers into one audio layer to keep my workspace a bit neater?
If you don’t want further edit of sound, Render a .WAV file just for audio and then use tha new Audio File.
Or Precompose the audio layers.
Select all audio layers and Press ” Cntl/Cmnd + C “.

This is a common issue with Particular and Form while using camera animation.
AFAIK, the problem is because of LOW RAM. I had the same issue while I was working on 8GB machine.
To solve the issue, I rendered the File on 16 GB System and it worked fine.
Another guy on this form posted the same Problem. You can give the Final file to someone else with more RAM to render the Final Output.

It seems that you have one of the Graphic Layer with a Blending mode say ADD or MULTIPLY. Am I right? If it is so, then the behavior is expected.
