If you right click on the clip as mentioned above you should be able to change the field order.

It only seems to happen with certain sequences and cleaning media cache seems to correct the issue for a while.

Hi Toby,
Check your field settings. You most likely want upper field fist in both interpretation settings for the footage and as your timeline settings.

Hi Mohammed,
Have you tried a longer shot? Not sure how much space you have to move back.
That will also allow you to throw the background out of focus and that’s never a bad thing in chroma key.

Sliding words, you use the titler and create an horizontal rolling title, although I like After Effects better for these kind of things.
Of the split screen, just crop 2 layers of video and line them up the way you want.

Hi Najum,
Unfortunately, from a copyrighted DVD, you’re likely to run into a ton of issues. If by any chance the version you have is not copyrighted, you could try to use the original VOB files and drag those into Premiere, if you get an error, try renaming those VOB to Mpeg. Ripping from VLC is most likely the issue and I would recommend a more professional application, but these will not work with copyrighted content.

I would definitely edit in 4K. You can export to any resolution after that, including 1080P.

Hi Kate,
As long as you like the quality, I wouldn’t worry about the error. However, there was a bug in Premiere where the bit rate didn’t end up being what was selected in the export settings. I think this happened with H.264 and maximum quality selected. If you have a paid account with no upload limits, I would pick 30 Mbps in H.264, or even Prores for shorter clips.
