Muddy looking graphic in Premiere timeline
We shot and recorded a football game a few weeks ago. We are using LiveText for our live graphic, which then is put into our TriCaster 855. The graphic looks great live on our local channel, crisp and clean. The graphic looks great on the our raw mpeg2 we recorded it as, clean and crisp. However, as soon as I import the mpeg2 into Premiere Pro, it looks muddy, smeary, and some of its cut off. What is the problem here? The image below, shows a split screen. The left shows a snapshot of the raw mpeg 2 with graphic, looks great. The right shows a snapshot of the same mpeg2 in premiere monitor, it looks like crap.
