The material intensity should be in the middle of 0 to 100% to blend both materials. Open material blender node and do check that the layer 1 material visibility is enabled. Also, check the texture tags to ensure that the proper material is assigned. Refresh material preview in the node setup and test your preview with a quick render to see if it works as expected.

The gap filling of the text is done by “kerning” and “tracking” option to manually adjust the spacing of the text. Go to window panel, hover on type and open “character” panel to find these options.

In the window panel you can open appearance for adding new stroke to your selection. Another hack for you to achieve this result, select any shape, make a copy with ctrl c and paste above with ctrl f, select the above copied shape and make it black, increase the size a little more than the original font while pressing “alt” to maintain the position, then press “ctrl shift [” to send the black copied shape behind the original font and it will act as a stroke, select both and right click to group.

Hello, copy the saved ASE swatch load file and paste it in C drive, program files, adobe, presets, swatches folder. It will permanently load your swatches into the software for any document. You can also put all the swatches in a seperate folder to quickly load it in the swatches panel.

  • These transparent boundaries are problematic sometimes when you’re aligning any object. You can make a transparent rectangular shape, adjust it above the logo, select both layers, right click and press “clipping mask”. The creepy boundaries will be automatically decreased as per the size of the shape.

  • Hello, the transparent part is useless and won’t be visible after the final export. It happens when a layer is grouped or masked. You can still make the artboard smaller by using the artboard tool, or make the logo larger until it’s clear and adjust the red rectangle above the logo manually, select any side of the rectangle and press shift while dragging to maintain the proportion.

You can use direct selection tool and select the corner anchor point and drag to manually adjust the corners. Latest updates of Ai consists a newer little circular option at the edges of all vectors, just click and drag to make any corner point smooth as per requirement. You can also draw a star shape from the toolbar panel and simultaneously press down arrow to directly create a new equally sized triangle.

  • You can see the selected layers from the layers panel in Ai. If any layer is locked and not moving, right click on it and select unlock all layers to make any adjustments in your project.

Hello, we’re here to help everyone. I can understand that the template text has the “create outline” effect enabled and you can’t make any changes, but when you’ll reopen this file, illustrator will automatically mention missing fonts, you can download that same font for free from “dafonts or google fonts”. After downloading and installation the software will automatically detect the font and you can then type and make any changes just by selecting the text tool.
