Fix the space around the logo to create a safety margin in Illustrator
Hello everyone, good morning
In your opinion, how do I eliminate the white space around the logo, in order to place the blue rectangle around the logo within the logo limits in Illustrator? (view image)
Since my idea is to create a safety margin in the logo, to put in the visual identity manual.
I really appreciate your help, please.

These transparent boundaries are problematic sometimes when you’re aligning any object. You can make a transparent rectangular shape, adjust it above the logo, select both layers, right click and press “clipping mask”. The creepy boundaries will be automatically decreased as per the size of the shape.
