Try importing your Premiere project in AE- open the comp there and do your fx/graphics- render and import back to Premiere. That workflow is a sure one.

If you’re exporting using the mpeg2 DVD option you will get m2v file for video and a separate audio file. For mpg use the MPEG2 option.

Or just use track matte to use the mask you have already in your black layer and then turn off the visibility for the black layer. This way you can put anything in the back.

set layers to be 3d. Link each to a separate null(1,2….) and all nulls to a Main null. Move all layers in z space to offset them from the null(1,2… and Main). Depending on how many layers you have calculate the angle by which each null(1,2… NOT the Main) should be rotated on the z axis from eachother. You’ve got yourself a cilinder with all the drawings that can be rotated from the Main null on the x axis. Set camera as you wish and animate rotation. (you may have to play with the distance of the layers from the nulls in z space).

I am not able to see the link you posted but I think you can use any of the following: Trapcode Particular or 3d Stroke, or use this:
make 3 layers and precompose them. Match the walls in AE in 3d space. Animate the line/banner passing through each of the 3 layers inside the precomps, making sure that you offset the animation in such way that the line seems to go from one layer to the next. If you have a camera move, do a track (Mocha for 2d move, syntheyes or Boujou for 3d move) and match the camera move in AE, or do a corner pin for each wall separately.Tudor “Ted” Jelescu

The cleanest way to do it is still roto work- draw a mask and animate to match the silhouette.
However you may still want to try playing with levels to see if you can get a clean enough image (pull color out and get black and white, mask the rest with white- this way you have the jumping man in black only) and use autotrace to get a shape.Tudor “Ted” Jelescu

With particular it’s a matter of using a light to generate your particles and animating that light to rotate on the z axis.
As far as the tutorial- ?! maybe someone else will give you an answer.Tudor “Ted” Jelescu

it depends on your footage- it may be a roto job or just a levels issue- post a still and we can help some more.

for the blue tint- many ways to do it, one quick way is Photo Filter- Cooling Filter 80 or 82 (play with Density)
Glow- good old AE glow- big radius, Color Channels based
Rays in the corner- looks like Knoll Lens Flare- Arc Welder preset.
One more thing- work in 32bit, it will give you a better look (once you got all the effects on switch between 8bit to 32bit and you’ll see what I mean)
