what if, when you export an original footage with the same settings? maybe then you will have 100% CPU!!!

I had ask an adobe worker…when you using GTX and the card is active in your project, then Premiere and your system using CPU and GTX together, and some effects are rendering only with the CPU, some other are rendered by the GTX. It depends on your footage and your export settings ( MP4 or mpg) for rendering.too.
and check the preference for your project and premiere. is there GTX active?have a look
