What I do is drop all clips into a timeline , add flip filter to one, set to vert and hor, copy clip. select all other clips, paste attributes for filters. drag all those new clips to a bin and delete the originals. then you can edit as if they were never flipped. (though the thumbnails are still flipped)

I find the Flicker Filter in the Video set in the Video Filters submenu (set to max most often) can help in many cases. sometimes several instances of it are needed. I wish there were an (

I’d love to see the schematic when you get it figured out, if you don’t mind posting it or email it to me – thesandbox@comcast.net. I’d love to do something similar.

Does anyone see the coupler type patch panel on monoprice? I’m only finding the wired type.

also – would this (RJ45 ABCD 4Way, Switch Box) work if there is only 1 device to be shared? – 1 deck shared by 3 or 4 systems for example:

“The archived MXF files or imported Quicktime files?”

-The files copied directly from the P2 Card.

“MXF…no way without P2 Log….or the P2 viewing software that came with the camera. They don’t need to be on the P2 card for that to work. ”

Ok -good to know – so they must be missing somthing. So you are saying that P2 Viewer on a PC can read the files form an HD? I’ll do my homework on this myself but they are in a pinch right now so i appreciate the help.

    Thanks,

I’ve not checked into this yet myself, but they are saying that the P2 Viewer only views from the P2 card itself. They want to check material that has been archived to Hard Drive aleady.

  • Firmware upgrade to allow an image flip on the LCD for the 35mm lens adaptors from M2 and Brevis is high on my list.

    Thanks,
