The customers can also log on to our website which should be able to go up tomorrow or at latest on Thursday and that will shorten the time that it will take to get the form to us and it won’t have to go by the US Mail Service.

The program is administered by Panasonic USA. Each territory of Panasonic is governed by a different marketing company (such as Panasonic Canada, Panasonic Singapore, Panasonic Europe, etc). Panasonic Canada has its own marketing director and it would be up to them to decide whether they wanted to offer products and programs like this.

Im a french HVX owner, could you tell me who at Pansonic Europe I can pester into offering the book for us (poor europeans who dont get to edit DVCProHD native in FCP until Final Cut 7 or Final Cut 8)? 😉
