There is also a free script (author unknow) available: Normalizeall.js. Maybe this script will work with your version of Vegas.

I have a script (written by John Meyer) that generates an INPOINT (it cuts the event from the cursor up to the start of the event).

And another scripts that generates the endpont (also written by John Meyer):

Did you accidently activate one of the composition modes?

By default. the script renders to an uncompressed file. It is possible to have it rendered using a Vegas template.

Did you try to install them? I assume that they will only work as a trial version unless you purchased an activation code preciously….
