You could export it as 30fps. It’ll chop off every second frame. I think Youtube supports 60fps video now.

That is an actual spec that some channels require. For realsies. Lately it’s mostly XDCAM422 in an mxf container instead of a mov. And yeah you’ll need a mac for that or play around with this: https://code.google.com/p/ffmbc/

You can’t do WMV on a mac unless you buy software that can. I would do an H264 file because those should work pretty much everywhere.

You are actually adjusting the bitrate and not the bit depth of the audio which sounds terrible if you are only giving it 16 kbps to work with.
I’m not sure if compressed audio formats even have a setting for bit depth. You should probably export the audio as uncompressed PCM WAV.

So are these guys making a DCP for you or what? 2K Flat 1,85.1 resolution is 1998×1080 so if they want a full hd file it will be so slightly cropped when it is made to the DCI specs.

If you can keep your OS disk clean then the 250 gig should do fine.

If you’re doing heavy color grading I’d use the original files or render it out uncompressed like a DPX sequence.
