I suspect that what you are seeing is due to the fact that Premiere processes with linear color with CUDA by default, not gamma-encoded color like Ae does by default.
You can get them to match by changing your Pr sequence settings, unchecking “Composite in linear color,” or by changing your Ae project settings, checking “Blend Colors Using 1.0 Gamma” or working in a linear space.
