you have several options i could suggest, but first:
Go to view then to window layouts then
click default layout.
Or you can autohide the taskbar, and then drag up the
vegas event/pan crop window when the taskbar

Why dont you just use two video tracks (Place the pictures
on top, and the background that you want at bottom).
and then NOW you add the Page Peel transitions
on the edges of the pictures(top timeline),and you are good to go.NewblueFX also has more variety page turning effect
transition called Page turn in their 3D Tranformations
plugin that also wont affect the entire frame with a

You simply need to use the external Vegas capture utility
to capture from a DV source…..the internal one you are always

If you are only looking for a good keyer, Then Boris RED
is a bit overkill because you can still achieve your high end
keying tasks in Vegas using a combination of its built-in
filters eg: Chroma keying/Chroma blur/Defocus-Bokeh etc…and even
in combination with NewblueFX Chroma key filter.
And if doing this in After Effects, then Red giant Primate
Keyer Pro or The foundry’s Keylight is the way to go.Steve Rhoden

There wasn’t an audio drop-out issue when importing a DVD,
to my knowledge….Didn’t come across that in Vegas 8 and
