I don’t understand the problem people have with using After Effects to create complicated animations and then use them in Premiere Pro. The titler is OK, but the text animation presets in After Effects 6.5 are so superior to anything else out there, I just don’t get it.
I guess it would be nice to have a full featured titler, but I think I would rather have Adobe work on integrating After Effects and Premiere Pro and Audition and Encore and Photoshop all together so that instead of a titler window, we would get a subset of After Effects opening in the Premiere Pro environment. Instead of a title, we would get a composition. And it we went to edit a graphic, we would get the standard Photoshop tools.
We need the separate apps for the more complicated issues, but why not have modules that couled be called from one program to another. Object Oriented and the same from app to app because they are the same objects, not just similar.
