I am trying to compress a :30 commercial on Premiere 6
The resolutions that I need is 320×240
I don’t really know much about the compressors offered by the program so I tried a few different ones and I am getting huge files.
I want my files to be less than 3MB
Can someone please give me a configuration that might help?
    Thank you!

My guess is that an average 30 second clip at 320X240 will go to about 700K (audience – advanced setting)and still come in around 3MB when using WM9 VBR and 128K audio.
