Export your sequence as QuickTime movie. Two options after that DVDSP or iDVD.

Quickest and least attractive way to do it is to connect a standalone DVD recorder to your DV deck/camera.

Connect your camera via firewire. Use DV-NTSC setting.

If you need more help, read the FCP manual on capturing footage.

We go back to the original question where Olive does not have any money to spend. Your cheapest solution, assuming you are editing DV footage, is to use a Firewire Camera/Deck and output it to any TV set in your house via rca cables.
