You just listed the main ones in my opinion. The COW also has a stock site but it is in BETA. You should still check it out. Other sites I can think of don’t mention anywhere that you can contribute to their site.

At 1:20 the footage shows compression artifacts and makes it hard to see what you are talking about. The COW lets you post high quality video for free.

Everything I worked with was High Frame Rate as well. I gave up and used Sony’s free program to convert RAW files to other codecs like ProRes.
