It seems that whenever I create a motion graphic in AE, then import it to my Premiere project, it don’t encode well for the web. In other words, using Adobe Media Encoder, I set it up as a WMV for the web. When I play the encoded video back, it stutters where ever there’s a motion graphic created in AE. What’s puzzling, is that the motion graphic has been fully rendered and saved a “one piece” comp out of AE! Why does it stutter?

I’ve tried every codec and setting in AME with the same result.
Does having rather full hard drives make a difference? All of my drives (int. and ext.) are getting quite full. I know I need to clean them off soon.
