All you need to do is select the “Screen Matte” drop down option so you can see all of the screen matte options. In the drop down is “Replace Method” and a box next to it. The box default to “Soft Colour”. Change it to “Hard Colour” and the shirt will be nice and smooth. Or you can do “Source” but your blue spill will come back so you will need to add an advanced Spill Suppressor effect and change that to Ultra and then select your blue color. Best of luck.
For the transition on use the “CC Page Turn” effect. For the End I would use the mosaic animation prest and add a dissolve. You will have to keyframe from no mosaic to mosaic. Or purchase an 8-bit video game transition.
The advice above is correct. If you do this a lot I highly recommend the plug-in Overloard that makes this real easy: https://www.battleaxe.co/overlord
https://www.thimble.com/ offers General Liability Insurance by the hour, day, week ….. and the list goes on. Check them out if you need it for the day. Personally if you are doing this full time you should get your own policy. It will save you money in the long run.
