Are you taking the Motion project file and importing it into Motion and then rendering it? And it is rendering really slow?

Keep in mind that old film was shot on 24 frames per second or less. The 30 second frame rate really does feel different then 24. When you shoot the footage that you will make look old keep that in mind.

I think you should go with, “Global Lead Communications Director of Marketing, Branding and Video Solutions for ACME incorporated formally know as video guy.” I would add Creative into the title but that would make it to long 🙂
In all seriousness, I”ve done videos where I had to Lower Third people with longer titles then the one above.

I edit with a “Broadcast monitor” and use that to see if everything looks the way it should. Because of that I don’t use Apple computer monitors on my Mac. I use duel computer monitors I got at Costco and it has worked out great for me. If you don’t have a broadcast monitor I highly recommend it.
