Old question (since floppy discs), same answer. No.
There are no copy-protection methods for burned DVD or BluRay media. Replicators can add the childishly simple Macrovision CSS to a DVD, and the slightly more robust AACS on Blu-Ray discs, but you have to pay a $5000 license fee per title. But Blu-Ray decrypters are popping up as fast as new copy protection schemes pop up.
Bottom line – If I can see it, I can copy it.
