hey, i have a very similar job i’m doing now, and i just wondered how you managed to solve the problem… i have a client logo that is made up of hundreds of dots, and i want to drop the dots in randomly from above… any advice would be greatfully received. thanks in advance.

i agree totally, but i’ve got 100’s of different shapes, and no time to scan. i seem to remember a filter that caused shape’s outlines to become uneven and bumby… i just can’t remember what it was.

hi, i’m having exactly the same problem. how do i trash the pref file? anyone found out why this happens?

hi, i’m having exactly the same problems with 3d layers disappearing when i switch Continuous Rasterization on. If I don’t use CR then they look very blurry… if you ever managed to solve it I’d be eternally greatful for your advice. (AE6.5)

i’ve switched the DOF off, and changing the camera lense makes no difference. it seems once an object is precomposed, it becomes blurry when in 3d. the same object not precomposed looks fine in 3d. i have to recompose cos i’m applying masks… very wierd…
but thanks for your time anyway, please let me know if you have any other ideas.
