In photoshop, resize the web page to fit your media (most likely you’re printing 8.5×11 or A4), and when re-sizing, in the Image Size dialog box, at the bottom where it says Bicubic, select “nearest neighbor” so it will preserve hard edges.

If your shot is stationary, i.e. the camera does not move, then you can simply use one shot for all of the frames. If a person or object interacts with the “stoop” (what’s a stoop?) then you’ll have to do some creative masking (rotoscoping) to make the shot work. Make sense?

Textures – create your design and add a layer of texture such as a photo of concrete, chipped paint, scratched metal, etc., and change the layer’s blending mode to get the look you’re after.

Were they saved as a TIFF with layers, or a flat TIFF? I don’t know who/what/where/when/why people would use a TIFF with layers but it seems to be more of a problem than useful for me.

I don’t think Photoshop would be a very efficient tool for doing motion…you’d have to do it frame. Use a motion graphics program like After Effects.

I don’t think copy/paste will work. Try saving your photoshop image as a 24-bit PNG with transparency and import that into PowerPoint.

Canopus ADVC-300 (or another model) or a Firewire DV Camera…those are inexpensive solutions.
