There are a ton of active Vegas communities—Sony’s, is very good. There are a bunch of free tutorials out there if you look for them.

Sorry—I forgot, they signed a deal with Sonic.

Dont worry—Sony just just signed a deal and help is on the way. Cinescore as it stands now is fairly useless. I disagree about the objective comment. There is well produced music and poorly produced music. Cinescore packs are poorly produced.

Its a nice basic product, but obviously sales aren’t going well enough to warrant consistent releases of good
music. To be quite frank, I think this product is not making Sony money and I dont see them supporting it in the future.

    Sony Support—that’s an oxymoron.

Also keep in mind that your light sensitivity will take a big hit if you use the HVX200—-that might effect your decision depending upon the type of documentaries you shoot.

Both firewire and USB are merely pipelines for data. You get the same data whether or not you capture with firewire or USB—Although firewire is generally more reliable, plenty of people are capturing using USB 2.0 with no problems whatsoever.

Never saw that—very weird—First thing I would do is scan by drives for viruses and malware.

  • Yup, you probably downloaded them for an earlier version—

I have used both—Cinescore would be a great product if they would release more and higher quality themes—Everything sounds so synthetic.
