    In Energy Saver, switch off the automatic power saving checkbox. Please refer to the config guide which ships with the software.

    You have to generate a single audio track, and when you play in the color page, it will play it in sync with the video.

    The audio comes from the Decklink audio outputs, and also as embedded audio in the SDI stream.

    Definitely remove these from your Preferences:

    LsManager.3.NumGPUs = 1
    LsManager.3.GPUMapping = 0
    LsManager.3.GPUMappingEnable = 1
    System.Record.Lookahead = 5

    These should not be required.

    Of course, it’s impossible for us to say if the Hackintosh is causing the issue as we don’t test it or even support the GTX4xx cards on Mac.

    Do you have a Mac Pro to test to see if you have a similar issue?

  • Hi Charles,

    Resolve/Decklink currently only supports 720P/50, 720P/59.94 and 720P/60. These are 50fps and 60fps.

    We do not support the 720P/24, 720P/25 or 720P/30 on the Resolve/Mac. On Linux with the NVIDIA SDI card, these frame rates are supported.

    Regards,
    Rohit

    What format are you MXF files in?

    If they are DNxHD, you need the Resolve DNxHD Update license to read the DNxHD files.

    Hi,

    You should use the “Split” function from the scene page to break up the big clip into several small clips and then just work on the master session. Do not add the big clip into the media pool.

    This way you can do split/join if you miss a cut or have one cut where you don’t want a cut.

    Alternatively, you do a Batch Copy, and continue to work. This will unlink your grades from the one long clips in the master session.

    Rohit

    Hi Carl,

    Make sure you are not using the OSX Lion Server as that includes it’s own postgres server and might conflict with the Resolve setup of postgres.

    Alternatively, are you able to do a fresh installation of Lion or a fresh install of SL and Lion upgrade?

    Regards,
    Rohit

    You can use the UNMIX mode (next to clip/track)
