    I do not think so. but, at least the sound can be seen on the audio meter at start up and it alerts you to the connection of (in our case the very good Australian made RODE STEREO Mike )and it makes sure you have turned it on, which was a fatal mistake on the pre 2.0.4 Firmware.The audio has gone from 44Mhz to 48 mhz and is very good.It would be preferable for a live audio meter on record, but, not so.

    The out put to Premiere Pro in 1920 x 1080p is stunning.

    I have been rendering the mov . H264 files from the canon EOS 5D Mark II, it is slow but,it works.Is there any other way.

    Make sure the Hv20/40 is in Stereo1 HDV/DV once you click on Start on LCD it should go to HDV-Out . Check your camera settings as well, I have done it this end , no problems. Check the manual.
