yes, but my set up is in the left upper corner. I hit thumbnail view, but it only shows me the whole project that I imported and not the individual shots i cut. Also, I tried the nesting, but it nested everything together with the spaces that were left after I cut everything. I wanted to know if there was a way to group them together without the blank spaces that were left after cutting.

Ah ok. Sorry, it may seem simple and silly, but I’m used to SV10. But I’m figuring it out : ). Any good tutorials?

well, here’s the problem. It’s acting like it is a trial version, but I bought it off ebay. packaged, sealed and delivered. for 299.99. The serial number says its valid, than when i was importing mt2 files, it says this serial is not valid. The problem is that i bought it off ebay and premiere pro people cannot help me because Ebay is not an authorized dealer. 🙁 : ( this is bad. This is really really bad. I wanted to use this software instead of Sony Vegas. Now it looks like I have to eat 300.00 and go back to using SV10

Thank you sir. I’d rather not install another program and or buy anything else at this point. So I’m just not going to do it.

  • So.. Everyone has told me that Sony Vegas recognizes MXF files. I just downloaded the latest trial version of SV and it does not read them.
    Any suggestions?

ok. yes, I was thinking an i7. thanks for your replies. on another note. I think I’m done with SVPro. I’ve had so many problems. I just spent a bunch of time putting little banners on the bottom with names on the banners. They look perfect in editing and perfect on my external monitor. I render, and they are all completely out of line. what the hell!?! I even bough a new computer for this. I even bought a new sony vegas cd. makes me mad

windows 7 64bit. I am still trying to figure out why it’s taking 12 hours to render an hour of footage with one (small)png file over the footage that was shot on HD 1080 60i. rendering to SDVDA mg2 with same settings. this shouldnt take 12 hours
