cutting audio with Video
Posted by Rion Gilpin on February 28, 2011 at 5:23 pmI’m new to Premiere Pro and was wondering why when I cut a video clip it doesn’t cut the audio with it? The footage is quicktime clip.

March 4, 2011 at 9:19 amHi Ron, There are some good tutorials for the actions you are trying to perform at Adobe tutorials site. I recomend the videos on changing from Final Cut to CS5 by Karl Soule. Even if you are not changing from FCP these are good. It is important to understand in Premiere that you can select/deselect tracks by highlighting column at left end of each track. This makes cutting easy as you can decide which tracks are cut unless they are linked.
