Im using Pro 10 64 bit. Last night I tried every kind of file, and I was able to render in AVI only. I tried this morning and same thing. How do you network render?

Thanks in advance, this is frustrating! haha

my computer is a Compaq Presario SR2020NX (Athlon 64 3500+ 2.2GHz, 512MB RAM, 160GB HDD) I have a radion 4600 series graphics card and 2 more ghz installed. The only thing I can think of is that I’m running windows 32 and not 64. I’m trying to edit in mulitcamera mode, but playback being slow and choppy makes it extremely hard to know when I have to cut to a different camera view.

Ok great. That’s actually what I have been doing, but I wasnt sure. Is there a way to have my playback work right and have a faster render time? I’m rendering 15 minutes of footage (mulitcamera) with no FX and it’s taken 6 hours.

Thank you guys. Sorry about that, We shot at 60i. When I put the video preferences at HDV 1080 60i, the screen gets smaller. Makes it into a little box and when I render it, instead of how it should look like 16:9 it comes out looking like 16:9 and 4:3. basically the picture is in a little tiny box. And it slows down my playback alot more. But, however, I did figure out that playback on my external monitor is slow and when I use the windows secondary, it’s fine. Which sucks, but it’s whatever at this point.
