Is this plug-in easy to use? … I had been trying to use Virtual Dub and filters, and while powerful, it is not the easiest s/w to use.

I’m slightly lost on the response … you say open the DVD and browse to the Vide0_TS directory
Just to be clear this is a ‘normal’ DVD disk someone had ‘burnt’
    I do see video_TS.IFO and VTS_01_0.IFO
I’m following as far as there … but then you say:
Don’t try this on a DVD disk because Vegas will try to build an .sfk file …

The video is on a regular DVD disk so I don’t follow what you mean.

unfortunately ADVC also has about the worst manual out there 🙂

I have all the settings for basic capture, if I am going to adjust the signal on ADVC using Picture Controller is there a ‘recommended sequence’
If we take Image settings …
Is there a particular sequence that you should set about adjusting Brightness, contrast, Saturation, Hue & Sharpness.
I know you can move the sliders around, but are there any tips or sequences to get this right?

The same Q would then apply to the Filter & Video2 Tab

I want to get the best I can during VHS conversion.

How would I do that … when I click ‘opne’ and pint it at the DV avi file, it states file type not supported ?
