Look in Character Pallete and see of you have any of the optinonal buttons (such as All Caps or Small Caps checked)

Rectangular Marquee never has anti-alias (only feather)
Eliptical marquee has both…
Check if you have a high feather value insterted by mistake

Flatten transparency on symbols befor saving… then save as an AI file

The actions are intalled by default…
Click on the submenu of Layers Palette (triangle in corner) and choose Video Actions

It’s quite easy….
USe the Select > Color Range command…. choose Color you want to keep
then feather and inverse the selection
Add a Hue/Sat adjsutment layer and pull Hue down….

Why would you go back 3 versions? CS2 runs fine… CS3 will of course run much better….

Upgrade (or download) latest version (even demo) and use livetrace feature

Shoo them at VERY similar angles… wear basic clothes like a black turtle neck
Use clone to remove other face..
then use blending modes and texturizer on new faces
