When opening RGB .ai or .eps files in Photoshop the colors are remarkably different. Everything gets washed out and true blacks end up about R35 G35 B35. I’ve messed with color settings, etc. Nothing seems to work for me. Opening the vector in After effects gives me what I would expect.

I’m sure there’s a button I need to press somewhere. Can anyone out there fill me in?

    Thanks

Make sure all 3 apps have same color profile assigned and that you are working in same color mode RGB vs CMYK
