Few things you can try.
1. A lot of this is blending modes… apply filters to duplicates of the layer, tehn blend. (I woudl play with Plastic Wrap and Glass filters)
2. The painintg on her face is likely strokes set to multiply mode
3. a Lot of film grain added… you can take a photo of black… then blend it in (screen mode)Scott kelby’s Classic Effects and Down & Dirty books often cover effects like this

Not that I am aware of… but under automate or scripts (memoery here) you ahve export layers to files….
Those can then be brought into AI

in captur box.. change to nn controllable device and use capture now

This is not that easy… you can export paths from PS to AI then reassemble
You can elso import PS layers and use Live Trace in AI

File> automate > photomerge

Logo is not PS.. likely 3d or zaxwerks… you can do a little of that using bevel and emboss then lower the fill opacity
Strokes are likely done in AE with 3d stroke and starglow

check mode.. pict doesn’t work with cmyk

Multiple strokes… low opacity settings… you can also set gradient tool blending mode to continue to add up

Be sure to do a full audio mixdown before laying to tape

You asked to aniamte the property… figured you’d end up in AE anyways….
