August 4, 2009 at 12:51 pm in reply to: Why Premiere Pro cs3 interlace my progressive footageTanks guys, The original material has captured in progressive mode. In premiere i select the HDV 1080p30 preset, it correspond to my footage.
Maybe the problem is in the frame blending parameter… i search it and try…
I’m exporting my edit in tiff sequence to delete some points that i put in the wall to make tracking in post, and postproduce the sequence.
I’m a newbie in HD and export to tiff to preserve the quality of the material ¿Is that ok?, i don’t have special hardware or codecs, is there other way to export the video to make post in AE and preserve the quality?Really, Thanks a lot for your help!

Try to reconvert your files in MOV format with Sorenson codec. If you need quality in your image put 3 Mb or 5 Mb in the bandwith box. In the Keyframe section put manualy keyframes every 10 or 20 frames (this makes your files bigger, but help making more reference frames for the audio).
For the audio u don’t have a lot of options, only select the best bandwith to have the best quality possible.
In the export options check the Prepare for Streaming box.Hope this can help you…

Try to unistall zoone software (several problems has reported with this tool). the unistaller has found here https://remove-it.org/tools/unzoone
If you are using Extensis suitcase on OS-X can produce font duplication in the system, the program explain how to solve it (it’s only a few clicks)
(hope this was helpful)

This is another tutorial about masking, maybe this will help u.

Also you need to upgrade your vertion of AE to after effects 7 to work with HD footage. Is recommended to upgrade your hardware too, but this is not vital.
I don`t understand why your are using image ready. But if you plan to put your procesed video over anoter, I recommend to export in TGA format with alpha chanel.
Hope this was useful…

I use QT in pc plattaform. I’m a user of Quicktime 7.2. Last week I upgrade my QT to 7.4 and the render options kill the programs, I use c4d and AE, and in both cases when i try to change the options of QT codecs it kills my soft… This was horrible… fortunately i have a iso of my hd. that save my day!

Well, maybe i made this in my style, but that’s my way 😛
The 2d part of the game is a normal 2D Comp… but the magic comes true when the spot shows the 3D Part, for that I recommend to use Cinema4D, all the things are planes with a texture applied to it (except somethings like the bridge), u only need to use a alpha mate in the transparency channel of the texture to make the objects appear “irregular”. The hardest thing is make all the textures for the 3D world.
Don’t forget… Mario is added in AE, because Cinema exports the camera movement, and Mario is a typical 2d object, and it exist ever in the same vertical position (except when he jumps)…Hope be helpful

Dave, you are right, thanks for the correction 😛
Steve, your way is cool too…
Moldyboot Thanks for help meU rulezzz guys
Thanks for your time -
It’s easy…
only set the particles number to 0 after some frames and the emission of particles stop, the visible particles fall away the screen and your transition is done.
don’t forget to precomp your particles layer and use that like a matte in your bg layer (use the option track matte that are located at the right of the layer name).

September 27, 2007 at 3:25 pm in reply to: Audio Wavefrom – need 2 fill the shape: HELP!U can precompose the layer that contains your waveform fx, then use it as track matte in your fill layer.
